PORT OF VANCOUVER USA NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Port of Vancouver USA Board of Commissioners will attend the Washington Public Ports Association (WPPA) Virtual Strategic Plan Workshop beginning at 9:00 a.m., on Friday, July 19, 2024. The purpose of this workshop is for the commission to provide feedback to the WPPA on their draft Mission Statement, Values, and Goals and participate in the process to develop and adopt a Strategic Plan for the Association. The commission will not vote on any action items or sign any documents during this event.
FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Port of Vancouver USA Board of Commissioners will attend the Washington Public Ports Association 2024 Commissioners’ Seminar beginning at 1:30 p.m., on Monday, July 22, 2024, at the Courtyard by Marriott, Richland Columbia Point, 480 Columbia Point Drive, Richland, WA 99352. The purpose of this seminar will be to listen to and discuss issues significant to ports, including trade, transportation, economic development, environmental issues, workforce development and partnerships. The commission will also participate in miscellaneous educational sessions relevant to ports and have an opportunity to meet with other attendees during the reception and dinner. The commission will not vote on any action items or sign any documents during this event.
