Port shares information, recognizes tenants at annual Tenant Breakfast on July 9
At least 40 Port of Vancouver USA tenants and several staff members gathered the morning of July 9 for the port’s annual Tenant Breakfast.
Companies in attendance included CalPortland, Great Western Malting, NuStar, Red Lion, Subaru, United Grain Corporation and Vancouver Energy.
Staff gave brief presentations to share with tenants the many programs and resources available to them through the port. Topics ranged from safety policies and construction projects to environmental permitting and future developments at the port’s light and heavy industrial properties.
After the presentations, port CEO Todd Coleman thanked the tenants for being a part of the port, and for the jobs and economic vitality they bring to Clark County and the region.
“We have a lot of great assets here, but we’re really just the landlord,” Coleman said. “We couldn’t do it without you, and we want you to know how much we appreciate all the business you do in our community.”
