Elizabeth Gotelli

Chief Financial & Administrative Officer

Elizabeth Gotelli was appointed Chief Financial and Administrative Officer in May 2017. Her responsibilities include strategic planning and developing port business policies; overall operations and budget responsibility for administration, contracts, information technology, finance and accounting, and ensuring that all activities are performed in compliance with local, state and federal regulations and laws governing port operations.

Prior to joining the port, Elizabeth served for five years as Director of Public Affairs and Human Resources for the City of Lacey, Washington. She has also worked for the City of Vancouver, Washington, as Director of Human Resources and Procurement Services Manager, and in budgeting and finance positions with Clark County Public Works and Community Services.

Elizabeth received her BA in Political Science from UC Berkeley, then went on to obtain Masters degrees in Public Affairs and Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Oregon.

In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.
