Scott Goodrich

Chief Finance Officer

Scott Goodrich was hired as the Accounting Manager in July 2009 and promoted to the Director of Finance & Accounting January 2015. His responsibilities include developing and implementing financial policies and internal controls, financial statement reporting, preparing the annual budget and serving as the port’s auditor and treasurer. Scott also supervises the port’s accounting and finance staff.

Prior to joining the port, Scott worked for DSU Peterbilt and GMC, Inc. for five years managing their accounting departments. He has also worked as a controller for two start-up Internet companies. Scott has more than 18 years of experience in managerial accounting, developing and implementing tools for monitoring business. He also serves on the Washington Public Ports Association’s Finance Committee.

Scott graduated from Linfield College in 1997 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. In his free time, he enjoys bike racing, running, triathlons, soccer coaching and skiing. A Northwest native, he is originally from Tigard, Ore. and currently lives in Camas, Wash. with his daughters.
