The Subarus are lined up
On the terminal with care
And our Waterfront Project
Will soon be built over there!

It’s been a great year
At sea and ashore
So many people now know
What a wetland mitigation bank is for!

Through river and road,
And don’t forget rail
We handled 7 million tons of cargo
(And some of it makes ale!)

So to our customers and tenants
Community and friends
And those big cargo ships
Coming ‘round the bends

We thank you for everything
And while there’s much to be said
