VANCOUVER, Wash. – The Port of Vancouver USA Board of Commissioners will hold a special meeting, at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 26, 2020. The meeting will take place by teleconference only to promote public health and safety pursuant to Washington State Governor’s Proclamation 20-28 issued on March 24, 2020.

The purpose of the meeting is to consider Approval of Resolution 2-2020: Declaring Local Emergency and Delegation of Authority due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) event.

In accordance with the Governor’s Proclamation 20-28, the public will not be allowed to attend in-person but is welcome to attend remotely by calling the following telephone number: 1 (253) 527-1624 and entering the conference ID number: 634030530 # to join the call. No public comment will be taken during the special meeting.
