Port Tariff – October 25, 2023

Port of Vancouver USA will make the following adjustment to Tariff No. 6 effective October 25, 2023:

1. The front page of the tariff will update the new tariff effective 10/25/2023.
2. Labor rates will adjust in accordance with the ILWU per hour and man-hour assessment rates. These changes will affect: Labor and Man-Hour Rates
3. Gangway placement (Tariff Item #310): Man-Hour rates will be updated.
4. Security Fee: Increase from $1,100 to $1,500 per 24-hour period.
5. Water (Tariff Item #342): Man-Hour rates related to water service will be updated.
