Port of Vancouver USA will make the following adjustment to the port’s Tariff No. 6 effective July 2, 2016:
- Increase the following by 2%:
Dockage
Wharfage (excluding autos which adjust consistent with labor increases)
Service and Facilities (excluding autos which adjust consistent with labor increases)
Small Lots Fees
Equipment Rental (excluding crane surcharges)
- Security Fee – Increase from $550 to $610 per 24-hour period
- Environmental Service Fee: Prior notice is being sent that the current environmental service fee will expire July 31, 2016, and will increase August 1, 2016 from $1.95 per metric ton to $2.45 per metric ton.
- Labor: The Man Hour rates will increase in accordance with the Pacific Maritime Association’s assessment and wage increases per the ILWU Pacific Coast Longshore Contract. All other labor related charges will increase by 1.7%.
- If a tariff rate is listed in cents where a percentage increase does not cause a rate change, the rate will adjust by $0.01 to reflect an overall increase.
A new tariff dated July 2, 2016 will be posted to the port’s website as soon as possible located at: www.portvanusa.com (see Marine tab).
